Currently working on this model as it is still in very wide use by the British forces on operations. I will post a preview as soon as I see fit

...i always thought that one is missing...

do you use PRs landrover as a base?
can you import it yourself as well?
will it have a "mg-gunner"?

i have been using the pr land rover as a base, but it will be altered dramatically. Im afraid I cant import it, as I dont know how to, but I will hope to make it into a high standard so that the PR team may find it valuable. Hopefully the model will be able to carry 8 passengers.

1 driver
1 front passenger
4 rear passengers
2 top cover, which wont have mounted weapon systems

How many can the real one transport?

durr stupid me! lol I was meant to put 8. You can usually get 8 men inside the vehicle as stated above, hopefully we will try to stick to this amount of troops

But...but...what happened to those sexy new player models you were working on?

Im still working on them, infact there pretty much done now. just want to make sure there perfect before i send the pr team the files. This is just my new project that i will be working on as i feel that British faction just isnt complete without it.

To keep on topic, I think you've made a good choice on choosing to model the Snatch.

The British do use the mastiff, but we have very limited supply of them. The snatch wont be replaced for a long time yet let me assure you, due to its cost. 50k for a snatch or 250k for a mastiff. Plus i do believe that we have about 1000 snatches in service right now, correct me if im wrong.

Ive almost finished the base shape of the snatch, just finishing the roof then will move onto all the small details. So work is quite a way through.

Remember to add all this stuff to snatch, camo net, some backpacks etc. so it will look used.


And after snatch you can model new british truck

What about the Jackal? (After the Snatch perhaps :wink

hmm suppose i may give it a go. My main focus for the time being is to complete the player models and this snatch vehicle then I will perhaps begin to focus on the jackal

good luck man, I've been hoping for ages someone would do one of these, hopefully to replace the non-armed transport landy which is allways slugish on the turns.
Could you add a hole in the roof for one player to stand (hold regular weapons i.e L85) ?

already created that mate ;p Im currently working on all the details now, have pretty much fnished the base model now
