I need help deleting this trojan bcoz when i run PR and its done loading this error comes up and my PR hangs up=[ somebody please help=[

You cant just give him a free Anti virus to sort his stuff.

First you need some details from him, if it is that bad that he is getting errors when loading games he is probably better off formatting.

trojan??? I bet my life that it has nothing to do with malware...

please post your SO and specs of your system and "this error"

AVG Free has fixed soooo many problems that I've encountered and tends to be my first call when dealing with misbehaving software.


Reformatting is normally the next step I take, just to try and save some hassle.

ok i dled AVG free already and ran a scan last night not sure if finished coz i need to sleep and how do you find out my spec? lol and da name of the trojan is TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen

Heres da one in Avira i got and it sed delete but it kept popping up-->

Me too on two PC's the same problem since tuesday or wednesday 14/15 july.
Yes the same 'virus' Vista 32 both machines, I use Avira and I have never had a problem until a few days ago, I just ignore it and I can play!

Plod, His isnt a PB showing a trojan, it is a virus.

Errrrr thx robbi but a little over my head all that, I want to empty and reload all my PC this weekend anyway!
I was under the impression that this 'trojan' was actually PB as if I block it or delete then i can't get on any servers
and it happens when i launch PR

If it finds it, and can quarantine or delete it then cool, it will be gone.

AVG free kept scanning every 1 hour and da results is dat it dont find any threats do you think its gone? and how do i delete it or quarantine it?

i read that AVG doesnt tell the truth about the "trojaner" or "virus",.... they will fix the problem in the next updates...sunday was named so far. till than just ignore or try updating your PB or deactived your AVG when playing.

Importened: this is just my advice! you should always search yourself for a solution or use google!

Use Avast! free anti virus and do a BOOT TIME scan, so the Trojan/virus can be removed without windows activated, and Avast! is allot better than AVG imo.
