The transport helicopters should have fast ropes!
Let's say the black hawk, huey, little bird,mi8 and some else!

little bird has fast rope?...can't say I can see that happening

anyway, at this time the fast rope isn't possible. There have been some interesting developments, but BF2 has always replied to us "you can't have nice things"

I always thought PR was missing something, I didnt know what it was until I saw this post, now I know what is needed to fill that missing gap, thanks patrick

Yea, I don't know... I thought I heard this idea before, but now that I think about it, it's a pretty good suggestion.

Yes, the MH-6 can be configured and used for fast rope and other HRST. See the gantries with ropes attached above the seating platforms?

Since we have proof from our Military Advisor that Littlebirds can have fastropes, we need to open this suggestion as this is something new.

not quite new, did come up quite a few years ago on the forums, I can remember as I claimed the guy was BSing as I had never seen it, then he provided a picture of it in action

Naw, don't worry guys, they are WIPs, and if anything comes from them, PR will be the first and most likely unique mod to offer them... ironically

Just wait and see though, the entire group of coders concerning themselves with it... are either AWOL or have a crapload of work to do.
