Can someone make a video, or simply tell me how to make tunnels in a bf2 editor. I would be willing to a trade for your help and in return i can help you with something. Thanks or just the tutorial is fine.

Tunnels? Real tunnels aren't possible, so what's normally done, is you create a holes in the ground and make a sort of tunnel with it, but for now it's still open. After that, you have to place statics above it, like big rocks or other forms of cover, so the tunnels will be closed and the results are what you need

.
Practice with it for a while, see what nice things you can come up with (also look at how others did it).
Good luck.

Or create a custom static for it. Thats the tunnel from Ghost Train I believe.

Yep, that too. Or the tunnelcomplex on Korengal, it's a static as well.
If you look at Kozelsk, they did it as I described in my first post, but it blends into the environment pretty good. It all depends how you want it to look and how complicated you want to make it.

piling loads of rocks ontop of each other to form a cave is a really bad move.
That was done on Op Barra to form the caves on there and it almost meant the map didn't make it into PR since the map was impossibly to lightmap with the BF2 editor. Dr. Rank litterly spent over a month lightmapping it in the BF2 editor and got no where before he gave up on it just because the BF2 editor can't deal with soo many objects ontop of each other like that.
In the end I had to lightmap it in 3DsMax as it was the only way to finish the map.
But to make a tunnel all you do is lower the terrain where you want the tunnel to form the base of it, then in the gap left you just place static objects, simple.
