the following option should NOT be on by default

Allow vCard DownloadYou may choose to allow other users to download a vCard containing your email address and username.

If you want to keep your email address private, do not allow vCard downloads.
Allow vCard Download

I don't think its on default. I've never seen it before and I dont have that setting on

It's a forum option..I think.
