[0860] BTR60 tires - damage

If you shoot at BTR60 tire, apc will take damage.
3,5 mags of 5.45 ammo - apc destoryed
4 grenades under tire - apc destroyed
1 [!] lat shot on tire - apc destroyed.
Tested on both russian and mec one. [fools road/muttrah]

previously reported spots like shovel and back pipes were small, but tires.. thats a half of vehicle..

I have unloaded the AR into the tires and hear the air leaking sound after a few seconds. I have seen an AR take on an APC on Muttrah a few times with the APC running away smoking.
