[HelpMe] PC won't start o.O [HelpMe]

My stationary computer won't start after I returned from my one week holiday, it was ... dead.
* Connect the stream to the computer .. *
* Press the ON/OFF button *
* Nothing happens *
What do *and did* work?
It shows a green LED-light on the motherboard (or somewhere there), and one or two times a powersupply-thingy became blue (gave some stream. . .) and the X began rolling for one second and stopped.
Do anyone have experience with this problem? How can it be fixed?
Please post, I'd like to play PR and use a fast computer again!

I'm not "computer-smart", the inside says me nothin'.
