Can not get Voip to work with microphone with any program

I have been trying for weeks to get the microphone to work with Voip
I have tried every combination and program Mumble, Team speak, EA Battlefield
I have an Soundblaster X-fi xtremegamer champoin series card. Microphone works properly
I have set the audio accellators to basic
I have got it to show that it will work in the Microphone tests for all three programs but when I start playing the game it does not work .
I would like to be able to make it work from the IO drive that I have with the soundcard preferably, for it would have adjustable volume.

When asking for help,
please remember to post your:
O/S,
systems specks,
network setup
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.
Have/can you disable on-board audio?
You have your audio card selected in windows for speakers and mike?
Works O.K. in other programs?
Do you have mike boost set on in windows?
Microphone tests O.K. in game or windows audio setup?

I nave not been able to get it to work ever since I installed the programs, yet programs show that it should work from going through the different tests

Remove programs Mumble, Team speak to start.
Focus on voip for BF2/PR first.
Have/can you disable on-board audio?
You have your audio card selected in windows for speakers and mike?
Works O.K. in other programs? Test by recording your voice a bit.
Do you have mike boost set on in windows?
run audio setup in game next
remember to hit 'apply' after making changes.
Microphone tests O.K. in game and/or windows audio setup?

If my post would get sticky you would see the way to fix it but they won't so to fix it go to Start > Run > DXDIAG and but the sound accelerator to Basic and it should work

I also did that and all checks out ok on the tests
both programs show that the voip should be working
I get a speaker box shown by my name
I can hear them, but they can not hear me
