[QUESTION] 0868 Patch to 0860

About a month ago I decided to download PRMod and did so from GamingSA. Just the one they had in their FTP directory at the time (thinking it was the most recent.) The client and map installers identify themselves as 0868 (These are no longer anywhere to be found on the GSA FTP.)
So I guess someone messed up and uploaded a wrong file, and took it down - but not before I unwittingly nabbed it. My questions are, was this ever a valid version number, perhaps an early revision of 0860? (it installs and runs, but is incompatible with servers) If so, would the Client (Patch) 'fix' this installation, meaning I only have to download another 333MB, instead of another 3-odd GB?
