This happened while playing as USMC in the Chicago Hardcore server tonight. I was a medic in a squad and then left to create a new squad. In the new squad, a person joined so I grabbed SL kit. Afterward, none of my grenades blew up, i threw like over 12 grenades, and switched my weapons around. I had my gaming friend take a video of it (look below). I then threw a thermite nade and my game crashed. The person who picked up my kit had the same problems with frag grenades not exploding. After restarting the game and reconnecting, I came back in with the rifleman kit and continued to have the same problem. The other person who was having the same problems was still experiencing no explosions with grenades. After throwing a couple more grenades, I got in a chopper, and the grenades suddenly started exploding again.

This are serious business, I needs to be able to blow up 'dem hajjis.

were you by that supply crate the entire time? because its a BF2 glitch that does that. You can throw a grenade when your close to a supply box and the grenade wont explode.

no, I only went to a supply crate after I had thrown some at enemy troops a good distance away (they didn't explode then either).

This happens in vBF2 too

Did you pull the pins?

This has happened to me with the F1 grenade while playing Insurgents where I do a underhand toss and its just a dud but only on small occasions with odd terrain.

this has happened to me a few times as well, not exactly sure why it happened, same goes with the sprint bug

Like others, this has also happened to me.
I believe I was close to some supply source. It's more of a nuisance than a concern however, just annoying that you have to go in and gun the person rather than keep safe by grenading.

Did you read the original post? If you've found some way ingame to throw grenades w/o removing the pin, please enlighten me.

It happened on the =US= server the other day too. My guess is a server can only allow so many nades to be used, Which makes sense because when it happened someone was spamming nades off the carrier.

THis happens all the time. I believe the problem is the grenade is attached to the player or something like that because when you throw the grenade and get killed right after throwing it, it doesn't blow up.

This happen to me once aswell but when i right clicked it worked nd i died.

Well that's cause in BF2 and PR, United States is at war with China and everything is made in China, so they gave the US grenades filled with the common cold which also explains why US soldiers take so much damage from the G3- immunocompromised. You see, the chinese and the Middle East- They're in it together!
