Patch Install Error

Why is this happening? I downloaded the patch 3 times, re-installed PR.85 and it still is NOT working. Can someone help? Attachment below.
Forget the patch
Download the full installers with a torrent client:
pr_0860_core_setup
pr_0860_levels_setup
Review the v0.86 install guide

PS For some reason the patch didn't work for me. Uninstalling PR, then reinstalling the full v0.86core and levels worked for me.
