Loss of VOIP on death

not entirely sure if this is possible and I also used the search function. Couldn't find anything so I do apologise if it's been suggested before but I couldn't see anything.
Introduction
You've moved your squad around the enemy lines and notice a single man on patrol, he looks at your squad and you bring him down.
Problem
He then quickly screams at his teammates he's been killed from the NorthWest in VOIP
Whole squad then turns and moves to his location knowing exactly where you are before you've moved a muscle.
Solution
Whilst on the Critically wounded or DEAD screen disable VOIP or just mute the transmit volume until the player has spawned.
Benefit
The squad who engaged the lone scout now has the ability to move their troops and get to a new location before the enemy squad has located you.
Outside issues
Teamspeak / Ventrillo etc... with players telling their friends on there.
Mumble? If mumble is in use it's only going to be effective if they're in range and in range of bullets too.
