what is the new [COMPLETELY REVAMPED] medic kit for .86 cause i have yet to see a difference im sorry if its just me.

im just curious to know exactly what was done.

I believe its a reference to how if you are shot within 60seconds after being revived you are dead dead and unrevivable.

Thats why you use unconscious or Down instead of dead

But I know what you mean,I had a lot of those Conversations,too
