I try using the shortcut on desktop or the one in pr file but nothing happends and PR does not start up. Any suggestion be appreciated thanks

Make sure your BF2 Disc 1 is in the D:. Sometimes I have the same problem, and all i do is click on the PR icon like 6 times in a row... and it pops up. lol. but if it's still a problem, are you patched up to .86?

idk either.. my computer keeps sending me a message that says
"pr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
and "Ifyou were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. We have created an error report that you can send to help up improve pr.exe. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous."
and then it lists what errors the report contains and so so.

and now i can't install patch 0.86 because i dont have 0.85...... T.T
