Hay I just downloaded mumble and configured it, but when I join a game I hear everyone on my team talking. I started mumble first then BF2 but I get the same problem, I need help

Ok running on admin worked but I have another problem, mumble makes my ping spike to hell I lowered quality to 2 but still lag
