Okay, I try to get on a training server...Like...35-40 ping I think. and It takes long as hell to load,and When I get in, It takes 1-2 Mins to come up with the weapon selection and I click it, Spawn, Freeze and get kicked by PB For no reason....


Help It's Frustraiting

what are you system specs and ingame settings?

Do you have any other progrma running? Any other massive CPU using processes?

You should be able to manage it on Low.

I had a lag problem last time I played (some days ago) on the insurgent mode.
My computer should manage the game on Low, And when playing alone without lag.
Since I can play Crysis with high graphics and no lag xP

But I've reinstalled it and should check if it lags again.

I lowerd my textures...and I get kicked by PB for communication Failure....The ping on the server was 75...Would more ram help? lol

Yes.

Doesn't sound like a net issue so likely to be hardware related. With only a GB of RAM it will be struggling, especially as you are using Windows Vista. Vista uses around a gig of RAM just idling so when you are trying to run a program like BF2 that uses lots of RAM you will have problems. Luckily RAM is probably the cheapest and easiest upgrade to install.

Well you can always take it to a store like Best buy and they will install it for you. Installing ram is as easy as just taking out the old ram and plugging the new stuff in. Also click the display tab as well so we can see what kind of video card you have. You can buy XP its not free as far as I know.

Urm, he stated in the first post that its mainly a PB problem and thats whats kicking him... Although Im guessing you have a very low end or even integrated GFX that will really be killing your computer gaming-wise.

download this and follow the instructions on the page, if that does not work, post back here and we will find another way to fix it.

IT DOES! ITS STILL LAGS! AND It kicks me. But not on Special Forces...WHYYY?!?!

What does the kick message say?

Also, when you load in to PR open the console by pressing the '`' key (next to the 1 button) and type renderer.drawfps 1 and it will show you how much FPS you are getting, anything under 25 will be pretty much unplayable, so try to determine if it is FPS lagg or connection lagg.

It says

I can't even get ON my consol. It lags to much...and it freezes
