New kits system.

Well. this is about a new kits mod in PR.

there are real problems on kit spawning and, sometimes it make TEAMKILINGS.

has well. dificult to Expecialised squads work.

this, maybe stop for ever. our problems. beside. this game.

oh well.

here is.

Ever squad will have up 6 kits on reserve. this kits are spawned, in a time delay. (5 min or more) and when spawed they are redy to be pickup on a nearby suply crate.

well. this kits maybe to be chosed be the squad leader. and if he what to be 3 HAT and 3 LAT. there will be the kits on the squad. and no more any ones.

the sistem of suport kits, has well. Medic kits and oficer kits. will continue has it is.

each kit have its own time delay to respawn. and a simetrick way (this by the way i guess dev will be able to build better that I'.)

but the sugetion is this. have a kit chose, and a kit respawn for each individual squad.

get it?

Are you saying remove team limits on kits and make it only for squad?

i.e. instead of 2HATs per team it would be 2HATs per squad?....

I think what he's try to say is that each squad gets a pool of limite kits and the SL picks out which kits he wants in the squad. Or something like that.

:/

It'd be a little silly though to have a squad made up entirely of HAT kits..

Ah...hmm, I mean its a good idea (I sort of see where the OP is coming from), but imo the kit system is fine, yoour just not playing on the right severs ;)

I think he means that the Squads can reserve some specialty kit, HAT,Sniper,AA,Combat engi, so that random people don't grab it.

Still have 2 per team but the squads to be able to reserve them.

I think we don't need that though, just run fast up too the crate before others do

Anyways, I think he means that each squad would choose any limited kit they like and then be only able to request that kit for the whole round, also making it so the kits would not be numbered to few but that there can be any amount, sort of DESTROYS THE IDEA OF BEING -->LIMITED<--. This would mean we could have 6man HAT squads running about anyways.

I don't really see anything better on this system and think that the current system is pretty much perfect. Even the just choosing the limited kit once is stupid. Only good Idea I spotted was that SL could somehow control if the squad can request kits.

EDIT: Ok, re-read it, I have no twittering idea what he means...

for some reason I did understand what he says, i think it is because he writes in a latin language fashion [portuguese, spanish] and you are reading it in a Anglo-Saxon language fashion [german, english]

I will try again.

you have 6 kits in you SQUAD KIT POLL.

each kit. have a colldown to respawn, in you SQUAD KIT POLL.

the colldown is SLOW, up to 5 min or more. per kit.

you still can use 1 of this kits per time. (you cannot use 6 HAT per time, you can have 6 HAT in you poll so you can grab it in a suply crate). but you have only 1 HAT per time.

6 maybe is a to great nunber. maybe reduce it to 2?

this kits are yes spawed by squad, instead of TEAMs, reasom. many still making sniper runings right?

in this new sistem, you CANNOT get kits you don't have grabed in you SQUAD KIT POLL.

this means, squad leader will chose what equipement he like's to use.

and means he will not be bored for people that grab kits, wichtout his order. and start runing away. (like sniper).

Also another benefith, is. that sniper squads (i mean squad of 2). will have ever his rifle. to start walking around. maybe a limit to reserve this kits is necessary. (maybe commander will chose how carry out the weopows?).

this ideia needs HEAVY BALACE WORK. it means.

BE CONSTRUCTIVE!.

OK so after his second post i'm gettin it, Each squad leader will choose a few kits that only his squad will have access to and each of these kits will have a reserve pool. say the hat kit will have a 2 or 3 in the pool you have 3 kits in reserve but you can only use one at a time. thus you no longer have to wait forever to get back your specialized kit.

This will allow squads to specialize what they're going to use and for SLs to limit what kits their SMs can get so we dont get the lone wolf sniper who runs off to do his own thing. i'm assuming he's saying that once the kits have been chosen, they cannot be taken by the other squads OR that they can be however they have the regular cool down time where as the reserved squads can get it back immediately.

If so: HATsquadmember loses HAT >> HATsquadmember can pick up HAT immediately >> NONHATsquadmember can pick up HAT kit after the X minute cool down >>

NONHATsquadmember loses kit >> HATsquadmember can pick up kit immediately >> etc.

@op: Is this what you're getting at? i hope my paraphrasing hasn't strayed from your idea too much.
This has now caught my interest...I mean there can see some downfalls, but I think this suggestion could be very good. This would basically help with AT squads (which imo are pointless, since they put both HAT kits in the same area, which you do NOT want, especially on maps like Kashan), sniper squads, and maybe make the countdown shorter for the Crewman, so the armour squads have dibs but normal squads can have access too? Or maybe not limit the crewman, for maps like Kashan so since there is lots of armour? I could see this working but it would need some refining/brainstorming

I think he means that, a squad should have in their pocket,that no other squads can take, 1 hat,1 lat, 1 medic, 1 officer, and two that can be choosen......But im also confused..........Each squad can have 1 of this kits each?

oh, i think i get it.
each squad has a pool.
in this pool is a hat kit, a lat kit, a sniper etc.

instead of being 2 hats per team. you get a certain number of hats per squad. (im guessing one).
each of these kits has a countdown timer, so if you loose it, you can get another hat kit in a certain amount of time.

so three squads, A B and C.
squad A and B get a hat kit right away. now in the current setting you have no more hat kits available.
in this suggestion, if squad A looses their hat kit, they have to wait X minutes to get a new one. Squad C however can get a new one right away, since they didn't loose their hat kit.

is this what you mean haan?

talking about crewman.

crewman and pilot kits will still working like it is.

it is fine alerdy. and it don't need to be changed.

this sugestion is basic for this kits.

MASKMAN, GRANADIER, SNIPER, HAT, LAT.

MEDIC, AUTOMATIC RIFLEMAN, OFICER, CREWMAN AND PILOT kits will continua has it is.

to this kits poll work fine's, maps will have it whon kits list. having it own limit of kits. PER TEAM.

kaskhan Desert will have up many AT Kits, up to 8 LAT and 6 HAT (because this is a map nearly for vehicles), has well some extra AA up to 4. this will help to focus the vehicle playing and ANTI VEHICLE tatics (has well AT tatics).

but a map where tanks and APCs are down nearly only to suport will have a limited AT kits, 3 LAT and 2 HAT. and will continue like it is alerdy is.

this not only put a end on KITs raping (like sniper) but make better balace for maps, has well make they more diferent from each other.
