Blue Screen Crash

]Lately ive been getin alot of crashes on my computer.My screen will turn blue and say dumping physical memory.It would also say it might be a driver problem check for bios or something like that.I have no clue whats going on and thought i would post it here.any feedback is appreciated.

10 to 1 you have some form of x-fi sound card? am I right?

Have you recently installed any new hardware?
If so, check the drivers for them and see if there are any updates etc.
When I was getting a lot of BSODs, it was motherboard/graphics related and the drivers for the chipset and VGA Card, plus a minor BIOS problem (Yeah, that comp was messed lol.)
Do you constantly get one error or does it vary?

Thanks guys,ill have a look at all the possible causes and get back to you.Not sure if i have a x fi sound card, but it could of possibly came with my ati radeon 4870 maybe?
