[Suggestion] How to improve Insurgency Classes/Kits

By adding two classes collaborator and civilian, huh arent they both the same ? No...

Collaborator - 1 Binocular 1 Wrench(?) 1 RKG-3 grenade 2 Fielddressing 1 Grapling Hook 1shovel 1 ammo bag(?)and the ability to call mortar strikes. No medicpack no epipen. Can be shot without punishment. Regular spawntime like Insurgency +(30seconds) Spawntime if arrested and intel points(+1-3 or more) for the arrest.

Civilian - 5 fielddressing, stones(?) unarmed so basicly no medicpack no epipen no grappling hook no binocular. 10-15 seconds spawntime, make it feel like there are a lot of civilians. They cant enter technical and bombcar(but regular cars and bikes) cant pick up kits. Harsh punishment for killing Civilians like 30+ seconds spawntime each kill and -10 intel points.

Make both(colla and civi) look the same, without Rag.

It will represent the ´reality, because there are more civilians then insurgency. So coalition Forces have use there scoped rifles intelligently, specialy the marksmen and sniper, without being some crazy mercinary spraying all over the place.

Any thoughts/changes are welcome, please no "i dont like it/woohoo kewl" responds without explanation.

1st problem is there is no punishes for civis, so they can run into blufor fire just to reduce intel etc.
2nd problem- whats the point of being civi? just to run around? because as soon as he drops f.dressing to regular ins he becomes a collaborator imo
3 thing i dont like that blufor loses intel for killing civi, it should be personal punishment which do not affect whole team
what should be back for civi/colla is sprint, because they dont wear much gear so they should run as fast as usual soldiers at least

no punishes ? no equipment is a big punish cuz they cant kill , why should civilians be punished anyways ?

yes of course just to run around, well tell ins where activitis are and give them fielddressing like food, but they dont have to...what civilians do in real life ? they run around.. if you adde the ability to let them have a job and family*lol* no just kidding.

so i can run under enemy fire just to give them long spawn and "steal" their intel, and i will still have low spawn, thats the point of current long spawn time i guess
give them fielddressing like food
so he becomes a collaborator, not a civi
what civilians do in real life ?
this will be like current commander situation, so nobody will play it

meh, collective punishment has nothing to do with killing civis, especially ingame

if the collaborator can have 2 wrench slots, one for repair and one for melee, I'd lol :)
