what are your system specs? I would think that has the most to do with it.

Whats your system rig?

Yeah I was suprised how clean this game ran for a mod. most mods I have played with have been jumpy and horrably laggy. My system can handle aboutanything on themarket right now and some of the mods I have played had so many porrly built models and to many this or that and it hurt.

I remember the old days with long load times... :) In PR, go to video settings and set them all to low, then see if it helps.

You are trying to run PR with onboard video, its not a recipe for success. Sounds like your memory is seriously low as well. And if you are running vista ... well as far as I know the 6100 doesn't support DX10.
