I have a little question here
every time I done select the kit my computer always crash
anybody know how to solve my problem??

You may need to explain your problem a bit more.

Are you selecting a kit on the spawn screen or choosing one from the 'kit request' menu?

What are your compute specs (probably not an issue)

If you run your game in wondowed mode, you should be able to get an error code. THat may help people diagnose your problem.

Are you using hacks?

If you try a search in the Tech Section, you may find a solution.

Is the spawn screen that when you are new in the server

Even in the window mode it crash,too.That kind of crash is strange,if it crash,it can't open the tesk manager.It has to restart the computer.(There is a restart button on my computer)

It will crash in windowed mode too, if you're crashing to your desktop (CTD) then you should get an error code if you're running in a window.

Since not even the task manager can be opened after the crash, I assume he doesn't get an error either. Sounds like his PC just freezes.

Usually means you haven't downloaded the map packs. Try that.

It didn't work

Can someone move this to tech support for him please. Its not related to anything that is being said here, maybe a lot of issues, but needs to be down there really.

What are your full system specs, and can you tell us when it is it crashes, on map load or during the game itself?
