So I was just playing a game on one of the more full servers and something was happening that absolutely infuriated me.
Most frequently, I see transport squads where the members each pilot/operate a different vehicle. I absolutely adore this system. It allows for everyone to enjoy the game, and gets everyone into combat ASAP.
But on this server, the admins pretty much ruled the humvees. Their invite only squads were the only ones allowed in the humvees and if you didnt get out (even if you occupied it first), youd get kicked off the server. In a map where the main base is 3-5 minutes from the city, I would think they would be a bit more understanding, but no. They would just get in the humvee, use it till it, or they died, and take the next one without letting anyone else in.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Never seen humvees being reserved b4, but always adhere to server rules. if the admins are dicks, just never come back.

I love dedicated 2 humvee squads of 4 men. This allows them to be a FSG for a friendly squad, while at the same time having enough room to carry a full squad as passengers. Which radically decreases the number of vehicles active in the field, saving tickets in the long term.

Yeah, I've seen some Humvee squads, they go nuts when I or other players tried to get into one and use one. I don't mind it, but if they go ape**** on you, then it's not acceptable. And when noobs take it and get blown up the first second they walk out of the main boundaries. That's just my 2 cents into this discussion

Yeah I think the Humvees are everyone's, It would be like Making an MG placement squad and kicking people from the server who manned them

ya, ive seen the noob servers with the rules and admins like that, just stop using there server, and they will pay for it more, but noone will play on it.....so being rude to the public hurts them..not the gamers

now now.. a humvee related squad should get priority... =/ cause if they're are other ways of transport, and they're a humvee squad, that means they'll probably stick around the humvee... =/

I often try to make a humvee sqd on kashan desert, and there is no respawn. In this sqd the center of activity is the humvee, because it provides a ton of mobility, firepower, and survivablity in enemy fire.

If anyone takes my humvee while it's parked, say at bunkers, i go ape shit on them. This would not be as much of an issue if the humvee was not a 1-time vehicle with NO respawns.

Well if your getting in a humvee and your alone then you should not be in the Humvee, a Squad getting a Humvee is more important then 1 person soloing.

What I don't like is when a random pub steals my humvee and kidnaps the gunner too. Now that's annoying. Even more so when I get kidnapped.

I just hate it when your squad's humvee gets stolen by one idiot who can't be arsed to walk. One round on Karbala we had a humvee that we kept alive for more than 2 hours, idiot takes it and it gets killed in 2 minutes. :/

People making a squad of 6 and taking 3 humvees with 2 people in each is always the most infuriating because you can t use them all up.
its just not fair, you have another 3 spaces in each humvee which could be used. Transporting other squads is out of the question and cant be used as a n excuse because that means that their squad would be split up into 2 humvees.

I did that on Archer once, was soo effective. With effective comms, I managed to exfil a squad whilst under heavy RPG and MG fire, was one of the coolest moments I've had in PR.

Wow! I didnt anticipate this much support from people! Its nice to be in a welcoming community.

While I did just join another server, the problem I have is that the clan whos server it was operates a few of the most populated servers in the game.
