I did a quick google search and I did find a hack like this for BF2 which lets you join any locked or full squad.

Also it's not surprising that PB wouldn't catch this. I've seen people using UAV hacks for 15 minutes with PB not noticing.

If this ever happens again I would suggest just asking an admin to kick/ban the person doing it.

Should this ever happen, please report it to the admins, and do not give said person any attention. On the Tactical Gamer server, use this formula in the global chat.
This should get the Admin's attention within minutes. If not, try to capture video or get a screenshot of the person exhibiting said behavior, and use Tactical Gamer's forums to report them to the admins. Trying to reach them on X-Fire may also work, or asking someone who is on Teamspeak to get an admin. I'm sure there is nothing more enjoyable to Admins than banning such people.
