I'm not sure what purpose this would actually serve. Can I just ask: why?

Uniform changes to the existint models are a very low priority at the moment.

Seeing that the man in the photo is a combat wounded US serviceman, I don't find that statement amusing in the slightest.

I think that is just hair on his chest.

He doesn't look wounded, I guess if he is I'm sorry that I offended you. It just seems odd that he's not exactly dressed to fight, but he's still pretty well armed... The headgear's definetely a nice touch and of course the hand grenade, just in case. Do you know exactly what the situation is in the photo?

This pic has appeared on various sites and captions identify him as Delta or DEVGRU operator, but his shirt is around his head because he was wounded. You can see what appears to be a sling wrapped around his chest and a dressing underneath it. Only Rambo and Schwarzenegger go into combat without a shirt or even body armor, his shirt must have been removed to check a wound.

I thought it was one of those wannabe-Rambo "private contractors" that like to play dress-up and act like they're anything more than a rent-a-cop with a bigger gun.

I like the little cap they have at the moment. If we can't have shirts round heads and bare chests I'll stick with the cap. The USMC engies and the chinese medics with the boonies are enough for now :D .

If we ever end up with a ghileless sniper then I suggest he gets a boonie. :)

Unless the PLA, USMC and MEC are redesinged i suggest the paper-hats can wait.
