I came back to PR after not playing it for 4 or 5 days to find when i click to find servers it servers no servers come up i keep clicking and no servers come up (and no im not in LAN severs)


Im on vista and i changed the NAT type for my PS3 from 3 to 1 so could that did anything. PLZ help i miss PR SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH https://www.realitymod.com/forum/images ... on_cry.gif

Give us some back ground on your network layout here. Are you running a router or direct off the cable box? What type of router you have? look back on your vista updates and see if anything was updated between the days you didn't play. Check all of your windows fire wall settings. What anti virus are you using?

O ye thanks for saying about change firewall seetings i rember when i was trying to change some settings on my firewall so i could get nat type1 i changed it for PSN ill change it back to battlefield.

I just found out im not able to play any games online on my pc i dont no why when i can play online with my PS3 wtf plz HELP ME i havent played PR in one month.

keep hitting refresh over and over. They will "eventually" show.

sorry for that its just not plaing PR makes me ANGRY lol just help me please!

If you can't play any online games, but can surf the web,
look at your firewall and/or router settings.
Redo your firewall rules.(delete old ones + make new ones for BF2,PR, PB, etc.)

PR has just updated to v.874 to work with the BF2 1.5 update
There is a hot fix out also:
DICE have recently released a hotfix which fixes the alt-tab issues introduced in BF2 v1.5.

Um, this just happend to me actually. I havnt played in like 5 days....well...bf2 v1.5 came out and so did pr .87. Have you tried installing both patches?

Plwase read a bit before you comment im not able to connect to any online games. getting the patches wont do anything for me to play online games.

yes probably!

although i have never heard of different NAT versions (except PAT)

does connecting to an ip work though?

it would be really interesting to know how your network is setup - infact its probably vital to help you (esp knowing if and what router you have) - where as you keep ignoring and not answering the questions from ppl who want to help you.

Getting the patches WILL help you if you dont have them already. Every server out there (be it vBF2 or PR) runs BF2 Patch 1.50 (NOT the old 1.41), and the latest PR version is v0.874. If you still have the old version of BF2 and PR and try to connect to a server, OF COURSE you can't get in and play. You need to update your game m8.

This works for me too if the servers doesn't show..

Should of read aswell I said no online game can connect on PC so getting the patches wpnt make a diffrance if i can play or not.

What do you mean with "no online game can connect on PC"? You dont get any servers to show up in the server browser (list)? Or you try to connect to a server but it wont let you? Or what do you mean? Post more details..
