i know thers a thread about MD5Tool and one solution is to reinstall PR again all of it and i did it and after that i got the problem again any solutions on this? im not searching all that MD5Tool sticky thread im sick of searching stuff-.-

there are different kinds of md5tool kicks - so you have to tell us which one you are getting
pb often does not update correctly so here is how to update punkbuster manually:

and a side note: we are making this for free, we do not get money from anyone for helping - so if there is a way to help reduce the amount of threads by simply looking up a solution for your problem yourself - i think thats not too much to ask...

and i think my modem/router is old idk which one
np didnt change anything i just dled the patch and poof MD5Tool kick and uninstall and install again PR and poof again and again and nuthin
this kinda makes me bored when i cant play PR=[ but its school already so ugh i got nothing to play cept my other games

What file does the error message reference? (Example: MD5Tool Mismatch: RendDX9.dll.)

I have been having a similar problem with BF2 PR servers...I am being kicked by Punkbuster after 10 min of play and the msg is MD5Tool Mismatch----dbghelp.dll; I am not cheating and read on several other treads that the file might be corrupt and should be replaced; well i downloaded a file from my office computer but when i drag the new file onto the existing one it does not replace.....why I cannot replace this file?
I have Windows XP.
Also i upgraded Bf2 to 1.51 and Pr to 0.87

Any help will be appreciated.

You need to make sure that BF2 is shut down when you try to replace it. I suggest instead of trying to replace, try to remove the dbghelp.dll from the folder, then place the dll you got from your other computer in the folder.

The kick says MD5Tool Mismatch: mods\pr\pr.exe (len=2048 ) thats almost in the end in the beginnning u know what it ses lol

Bump... I seem to have this problem on a few servers, Any Idea on what could cause it? I never had this issue until .87.

you should try to manually update punkbust, this is known to fix a lot of these problems

nope still dont work snipingcoward i tried the steps in ur link and didnt worked=[ i guess i have to wait for .9 or some of the new games thats gonna come out=[ i was good at the older patch even though i CTD every 2 or 3 rounds but its fine and now dc'ing in every 10 minutes? come on-.-

I have tried everything! (renistall, updated pb)
this bug, ore whatever, are making it impossible for me to play PR :'(

The only server that works for me are NwA UK reality and =HOG= Muttrah City
and these servers is sometimes empty. Please solve this problem.
