I realized that after the last patch, you inversed the (visual) weapon slots. So for example, if your field dressings were on a 8 (the bottom) then now their in the first slot. However, the different slot's hotkeys haven't changed. IE: When you click "1" you get a pistol instead of the field dressing that is illustrated in the first slot ect..


I'm not sure whether this is a bug or if you decided to make it like that.

I have it in every faction & kit.

We didn't change that...

I remember someone saying that they had a similar issue as you when he updated to the BF2 1.5 patch,I can't remember how he fixed thought but its seems that this a small problem due to the new patch.

Did you change that in like the player settings?

There should be option on settings (i would say it is in key settings but i'm not 100% sure) where you can reverse the weapon slots. By ticking/unticking this box your problem should be resolved.

i dont think this come with patch, i also saw that when i was playing 0.86, one one server was diffrent then on others.

Its just a setting thats been in BF2 in long time, to invert weapon selection, nothing to do with PR.

Mine are inverted, i changed it thought, lol. Its in ur BF2 settings, look through ur options, you should find it.
