New way of playing Insurgency side

Hey there, i have one suggestion for insurgency maps, and for insurg. side, and is going like this. We could easly remove civilian collaborator from kit selection, and give them medic like kit, instead if we could use drop button same as pick up button to drop kit and become collaborator like in RL, they fight and when insur. see is too hot they hide weapons and just walking down the streets or run away like ordinary person.
it will go like this:

-Insurgent killed: give 1 intel points, and he have 1 death, coalition 1 kill
-Insurgent without kits= civ. collaborator, restrained: bonus(10) intel points,
-Insurgent without kits= civ. collaborator, killed: penalty intel points for coallition, and Drop to 0 teampoints for murderer
-Insurgent without kits= civ. collaborator, killed with hands up: Double penalty intel points for coallition, and Drop to 0 teampoints for murderer, more spawn time and limited kit time
-Spawn time for all Insurgents is the same
And when they pick up the weapons they become Shootable again.

-Insurgent without kits= civ. collaborator kit kontaints, Binoc., rocks, phone, and patch, he also can report enemies to the commander.

That all from my side, i try to read all about insurgency on previus threads and post but didnt find nothing particulary describing this whay of playing

Hiding weapons (a pistol) should be quite easy, since you simply have to not make a pistol hanging aside the Collab's waist.
The penalty system would work perfectly here. Maybe double no-penalty timer when civi's draw the pistol?

The only problem is that this works IRL when we have actual civilians etc. in war zones, and we know that not everone is going to shoot us. That's the problem with this game, is we know everyone on the other team is going to kill us because we are playing a game. So unless you want an MMOFPS in Afghanistan or something, I doubt this will be implemented :(

Ok i see your point, but sometimes on server is no civilian, and u need to kill 50 ins, to get inf. of cache, thats a lot. Maybe but only maybe is this good for ins. if u have RPG out of ammo in front of APC u drop your weapons and slowly retreat to cache or other position where u can pick up weapon. And is also good for coalition force to realy recon and they can spy where they are retriteing, so coal. force can have aproximatly location of cache before is even on map.
I like this idea becouse u must be carefull who u shoot, not that u see people shooting all around friendlys, civillians with hands up which u can see miles away. u must first confirm target then open fire with all u have.
And in RL in a-stan everybody are suspect, so they restrein everybody near located hidden weapons cache, but anyway they are relised after all.
This maybe is a game, but not like others shoot everything what moves, its more reallty than in others games, so point of this is we build on reallty things, not on some future weapons things.

I agree with you, but most people don't seem to bother anyways, they just shoot anything that isn't on their side.

The Insurgents should definitely not get a medic like class.... Insurgents don't have enough guys for medics - everyone with a weapon fights.

And I'm not sure but I'm sure this system could just be abused by noobs... they could fire off a few shots then drop their kit when the coalition start shooting back so they loose points.

Despite the fact that hospitals can't refuse to treat known/suspected freedom fighters? They certainly do have access to health care but I guess it isn't 'instantly' available.

Well I believe the whole 'dropping kit' idea is the point of reality and if the shooter can't ID a target (like he would NEED to IRL) then that makes the shooter the noob, surely?

Or make all insurgent kits limited, except civillian, he can pick up a gun later on anyway... (so out of 32 people, 24 can spawn with guns, others must be civies)
