Okay, just to clarify this is not sanctioned by the DEVs, from my investigation they do not wish to sanction any form of donation, but of course will accept the donation of the sound mod.

So, as self appointed leader of this task, I realise that we need somebody to be the man to which all our money is sent. I want applications via PM please, and then I'll weed out the smacktards and 11 year olds and post up who I think should do it.

Be aware we will need total transparency - so be prepared to divulge your address etc to a limited number of people (responsibile people )

Okay, so I'd appreciate no more 'oi DEVs are you going to take money' threads, this is where the stuff is going on okay - so watch this space and hold out on posting until I get the bank man appointed.

It just gets a lil akward if we start taking money... but if a soundpack shows up on our doorstep..........

Listen up, after shipping etc the cost comes to 444 Euros. All transactions will be done in Euros to facilitate the transfer.

I am aware that we have more than 444 Euros pledged so this is the system that will run, if you wish to donate send me a PM with details of how much you are willing to donate. Only PM me if you can donate via paypal.

I will then reply to you with the paypal account information and the ammount I want you to donate (it will only ever be less than you offered). If you are given the 'okay' to donate do NOT pass the information on to anybody else, I do not want excess money in the account as it will get very messy.

Hey, devs, why don't you guys build up some courtesy and respond to your fans? People are sending money to buy something to contribute to your mod. At least have the decency to acknowledge and let the donaters know that they efforts aren't in vain.

Who's going to benefit at the end of the day? The players in the community? or the devs themselves?

If the donations were going to the "Buy Eggman a Ferrari Fund" - then, yeah, i'd expect a thank you.. however.. for this.. I think the community has more to gain than the creators do.

Infact, you'll be making extra work for them!!! Get coding those sounds!!
