question about the server licenses

Hi,
I have a question about the server licenses. I have already made in the 0856 version of an inquiry today and get an answer.
A new question, I can not start because the old one has not yet been processed. Would like to ask a new question. Since I have changed the clan and I want to do a new clan with PR and would be happy because the file server to provide at least one training servers to be able to.
Would like a reply, if I get a server license or not. As I said, I ask for a response in order to have clarity.
