hi all i have a question were these two weapons in older pr versions or someone just made it and put it in pr ?

No, those weapons have not been included in any previous release. That video isn't even affiliated with PR.

However, the Israeli Defense Force are slated to be released in v0.9. With them, you will find the two weapons in question along with a lot more goodies.

That video was from an early test session in Rising Conflicts. A mod that I worked on and that has since folded 2 years ago.
