AFTER ACTION REPORT

Image
This completely replaces the original guide. This is now only simple AAR format aimed at clans and tournaments for improving their unit. It only takes a few minutes to fill out.
1.) MAP
One of the few important details is what map you played on. Different maps offer very different advantages and challenges for a unit.
2.) GOOD
Do you remember anything particularly going well? Make sure to know it to praise the unit on what it is doing well. This could be personal, squad related, or even team related.
3.) BAD
The same as the GOOD section by focuses on what went wrong, and can even cover why you think it went wrong. Sometimes nothing went wrong, this section is not required to be filled out. However, the same can be said about the GOOD and CHANGES section. The important point is to only bring up information that is useful.
4.) CHANGES
This covers suggestions on what you or others can do to improve, promotion and medal recommendations, assets that should be used next time, and anything else.
EXAMPLE
MAP

Operation Epsom

GOOD

Worked well together. Compared to my previous experiences in tournaments, i'd say this is the best team work unit i've been with yet.

BAD

Nothing to say.

CHANGES

Our machine gun coverage could have been better against enemy rally points. I can do this well but am limited since most of the time I require another kit. Jackson seems good with rifle. I found you better with rifle than MG. Surf seems good with sniper. If you guys are good with kits I want to maximize that. I'll be watching to see what kits you are good with.

Negative Mr. Guard. You just create the image and once you have done so, right click it and save your image.
