Snipers main role is to provide intel for the team, and only take out high priority targets, right? But snipers in PR only get points for killing. So is there any way to give them points for recon, maybe give them an ability to spot enemies that then appear on the map, and that gives points to the sniper.

I dont think that is possible though?

You get points in FH2 when artillery kills something from your spotting.
