Internet conenction crashes when I start BF2/PR

Hey folks,
As soon as I start PR or BF2 my Internet connection is getting fucked. All other Games worked fine. I already tried reinstalling.
OK now more details:
I know that connection fucks up because Teamspeak and Vent are disconnecting and I can hear that. In addition the screen is completly black for 45sec after I click the shortcut.
Then the Intro starts and the Internet connection turns back online. If I terminate the bf2.exe while that blackscreen via Taskmanager Internet turns back on instantly.
When I overcome the first burden (blackscreen) the Login process takes 1minute or even more and crashes the Internet connection again. After I loged in, the PR Backgrounds stays black for about 2 minutes and then Game is fully operational.
PS: I have Windows7. I tried using compability mode for XP and Vista, it had no effect. I hope someone can help me...
edit: Its clean OS Install, Windows Firewall and Defender turned off. AntiVir etc all turned off and/or deinstalled. My router has a DMZ, so all Ports are opened. So it shouldnt be a network problem....
