[Help] BF2editor performance took a hit

When i started my map it was around PR 0.8, then i upgraded my PR_Edit to .85 with no problems. Which i stuck with until last night when i decided to bump it up to .87.

But, now when im in my map, bf2editor only does about 20ish FPS. Where as the old version(.85) was putting out a constant 30 or better. Basically i never really saw a visual stutter, but now that's all i see. I played with the render menu and the only thing i can do to improve this is turning terrain off, which is not an option for obvious reasons.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? Was something changed in the latest patch? BF 1.5 patch did nothing, it was only when i switched from .85 to .87. I still have my old .85 files so i might just move back to that until I'm finished the map, the jerkyness really affects the speed of my mapping.

What about 0.86?

Check the changelogs, maybe you can find something...

Well i feel like an idiot now. I had added some caches and silly me, forgot how much objectspawners slow down the editor. I found that out when making that badlands map ages ago. I don't know what got me thinking it was the version that slowed it down. Although it only takes 1 more object spawner to go from 30+ FPS to ~20. I guess i'll leave the cache placement until last.
