See-through Terrain

If someone else has posted this issue I'm sorry, I went back a few pages and tried to find it.
About 40% of the time when i load a new map the terrain on said map is extremely transparent. You can only faintly see it when it is over static objects. This problem is new since I got Windows 7 and it did not occur under vista.
Anyone know any solutions? Thanks in advance
Some screenshots of the phenomenon

Edit: Posting some solutions I've tried thus far,
Delete shader cache - didn't work
Reinstall PR - didn't work
Turn off AA - didn't work

Drivers are less than two weeks old, I'm running on a Nvidia 8800 GTS 512mb

Hmm

are all other drivers up to date?
Turn down all settings to the lowest you can and lower the rez by PR default and try again...

also had this problem... i turned AA off and that fixed... well i turned Anti-Alias and checked run as adminitrator....
one problem i am having is when i join a server and then, once loaded, click "Squad Asignment" PR flashes a blank screen for a few seconds then comes back (no problems after that)... then if the map changes or i join a different server it doesn't flash again... (running under compatibily mode doesn't fix it) my friend who only plays bf2 and not PR says his flashes when he first loads bf2. (not on map load like mine on PR)
does this happen to you?

also, new nvidia drivers came out on the 21st... get them from the website, the drivers windows 7 finds dont seem to be the same.

I was suffering this straight after upgrading to windows 7 ultimate.
Solution, disable aero/glass effect. Set your theme to windows basic, everything fixed for me.
