Since we are celebrating just getting the forum i thought i'd show off our latest piece of hardware. This model is from the very talented [21cw]PiCkUp, IT IS NOT MY MODEL. It is still a WIP and has some stuff to be done.

although I am not sure about the drop down door if PR still does that, because of the Merlin bug I think, but excellent work

Very nice with a good texture it would be as good as the merlin already!

edit, I hope you have a workable door so we can figure out what was wrong with the merlin.

BTW i think they found the Merlin ramp was not the cause of the lag, i have played were some people still get it.

Yes the German forces and Dutch forces have already expressed an interest. I haven't talked to Tonnie in a while, but last time i checked he was keen on it aswell. This may end up being the most common heli in PR

The Dutch navy will fly 2 types:

The NH-90 NFH (NATO Frigate Helicopter) ASW


And the NH-90 MTTH
This is a marinised verion of the TTH, this is also the one we need for PR.

Which model have you shown ther Glimmer?? I still have to see which model the Germans use to see if we will need to make child objects for it. The Australians use the MRH-90 i believe which is a custom version specifically for Australia..

The one on the picture is the NFH (you can tell by the sonar under its nose)

The MTTH is is a TTH but painted navy grey, i dont think it has anything special but i will check to be sure.

Thanks for the info. We will probably leave the modeling of child objects for different models up to the teams that need them Its up to the modeler though. If PiCkUp wants to make the child objects then im sure they willl be much appreciated.

the germans also have an MH-90 which will look (not totally sure on detail) similar to the one Glimmerman postet



but as far as i know is there no MARINE at germanforces
