Sprinting and Jumping

Just thought I'd post an idea I had here and get some thoughts from you guys.
If you've ever been in a situation where you sprint across a clearing only to get just to the other side of the wall crouch and than SNAP SNAP bullets start hitting around you and you can't run because your stamina is too low, you will know what i'm talking about.
Anyway if it is possible on the engine i think it would be neat if there was a sort of adrenaline factor. It would work by adding a certain amount of stamina to your bar whenever the suppression screen blur goes off, and would be kept in check by a 30 second cool down after it is activated
I mean if you are sitting crouched in real life and someone starts shooting at you your not gonna go "OH **** I'M GETTING SHOT AT, BUT I'M TOO TIRED TO RUN!!!" your gonna haul it out of there.
While I'm on the sprint system I also think it would be nice if jumping didn't eat most of your stamina, I don't know about you but if i go jump down my hallway right now 4-5 times I'm barely even breathing hard much less completely wiped out. If anything make it work off a different system from sprint. I know its to avoid bunny hopping, but there has to be a better way.
While I'm on jumping, can the height in which you can walk over without having to jump be increased? It's really annoying on maps like Asad Kahl when you get to the top of the stairs and have to wait 20 seconds to get enough stamina back to sprint after you have to blow it all on jumping over the edge onto the roof. The same thing happens with alot of statics in PR.
These are just some things that have been bugging me, but other than that love the mod awesome work devs.
