[Missle] Russia - R77(AA12) [WIP]

Hi all!
Am work to new AA missle for MiG 29(Modern versions)!!!
This missle is full analog of NATO AIM-120C!!!
On this photo ~15% is done!
Mb am needet some tips for use 3DS max and help of military advisor

Hello everyone, I need tip on modeling!
Tail of the rocket have difficult elerons!
They "eat" many polys and tris(530 and 1052)!
MB u can me alternative exit of this problem?(Not texture)

cool but still pretty high poly. Your main cylinder should have much less faces and your thins could also use less faces.

With the indent at the back, you should make it much deeper and turn it onto a cone that goes into the missile then the texture can go black inside making it look like a cylinder without the extra polies.

Why??On all MiG-29 and(I hope) Su-30MKK!
Yes MiG-29 how use only mecs!!!
But they are use Russian and Polish factions!

P.s Nosferatu крепления и канал связи с ЭВМ смазало слегка,но это ничего страшно,по истребителем не видно!!! :mrgreen:

May be it seems to me, but missile looks too sharp then the real one. :-?

Yes, it's too "sharp" and wings should be slightly bigger

Больно у тебя носовая заострённая часть длинная, фотографии повнимательней посмотри что я показывал. И крылья должны быть побольше.

Indeed, tip too sharp, should be more round.
Tail is a bit shorter too.
