Global announcement for Civi killers

Today I was leading a US squad in Fallujah, and turned out that one of my squadmembers was killing every civilian we encountered. At first I didn't knew, but after a while I noticed that the guy was always on a negative score.
Isn't it possible to get a global announcement / server message when somebody killed a civilian out of ROE? (like same as PlayerX [Teamkilled] PlayerY for example, but with X [killed civilian] Y)
This way, squadleaders know who are shooting civies in their squad. And maybe server admins can do something about them too if it's very frequent.

X2, great idea. Also, I think they should bring back the thing when you get killed after killing too many friendlies or civvies.

one of the biggest issues in the war was that the 'insurgents' were using civilians are protection, but we think its wrong and refuse to shoot them because its unethical and whatever the reason..
when incidents like that happen when a soldier shoots a civilian it is known and announced it is a big deal, i agree it should be done and admins can be careful and warn the person and if its constantly happening kick them or something

I'm pretty sure this has been announced only about a hundred times before.
But IMO, I think this is needed, as well as greater penaltys, but that's outside the OP.

After they kill like 2 or 3 civies they should be killed, like it was in PR 0.75...

We definitely need more punishments for civi killers.
My SL once ORDERED me to shoot a civilian.

Limit civi.
Lower spawn time to normal
Give US the massive 250 second (or what ever it is) spawn.
job done.

true test of you moral values
I wouldn't want announcements for every civi kill, would create alot of visual pollution.
But every 3rd civi kill by the same person should be announced, name and shame.
(and I agree with return of the other penalties e.g. courts martial)
I don't mind the civi spawn time in principal, but not without the protection of ingame law

If the SERVER announces it every three, make sure the PLAYER is aware of it every one. I shoot them, more because its easy to. No reason not to kill them.
(For those that suggest it's good to up the spawntime to something silly like say 250 seconds, I can rejoin a map in 45-60, so there's very little chance I'd stick around for something so ridiculous. Spawn times are the only reason I don't play civvie.)

To all civi killers: Do not kill them when u see them instantly, just hurt them, a bullet to the leg, arm or body is enough to let them bleed. not the head!
what will the civi do: he goes in cover and grab for his medic pack... from the point u can't see him u start counting to (60) a minute or to (80) 1minute 20sec, when he pops out and you didn't reach (60-80) u can kill him without a penalty
That's pretty much how i do it, and most of the time i have a penalty of 2/10 of the civie's... cuz some sneaky ******* just run, run and run till they die or just a miscount
So what did we learned?
1. do not kill the civilian, just hurt him
1.5 make sure you try to keep a eye on him, is he reaching for a "illegal" thing? skip to: 5
2. start counting to 60-80 when u can't see the civ no more.
3. civi pops up and you didn't reach
60[/B](better) 80(penalty is 60 seconds but it takes a while to heal)?
3.5 u went over the timer? start again by 1
4. start shooting at him!!!
5. kill it!
my opinion: penalty shut be reversed:
civi 1minute spawn
give the bad usmc guy the 2 minutes spawn or even 3 ..

Reset the score of a civi killer and raise his spawn time.

Our ROE regarding civis, kill them if they are not in range to be restrained.
Simple yet effective, plus most of the time the Civis that are in close proximity to enemy combatants have done something to negate the penalty.
Once had a saw gunner gun down a whole squad of them after they jumped out of a car....
But yes, I do believe the Civi kit needs to be reworked.

i say give there green jumpers back, get rid of the heavy spawn time, and you should not be able to shot them for doing a so called illegal activity, In RL you would not be able to shot a guy if he did not have a weapon and was not doing any thing that would jeopardise your safety.

There are no civis in PR. There are collaborators. Therefore they help the enemy = They ARE the enemy. So if you shoot them you should get points like any other kill. Don't put forward the whole real life argument about it being an unarmed person or civvie. We , unlike real-life KNOW he is part of the enemy team.
I say no. It would do nothing but confirm i killed an annoying brat spying on the team.

Because you know he's a collaborator. That's out-of-game knowledge. It's the whole point of the kit that you don't shoot him because you (realistically) don't expect him to be a collaborator.

Omg not the court-marhaling thing.. it shouldn't be the way to handle it, the gunner of a tank or apc gets killed just like that, leaving the asset totaly defencless...
