you were moved to the other side by the server.
why this happening?
it`s so annoying,i mean i played muttrah today,game was very good.
i played maybe 1.5 hours and really game was so good.
but then comes this and you are moved to the other side by the server.
why this happening?
i tryed to switch back but it wont work.
i lost interest to play and shut the whole game.

server autobalancing, you can request to be moved back by server admin if your a regular and admin knows you

Yeah I hate teamswitchers as well. It's when someone decides to switch team, someone has to take his place due to autobalance. It sucks.

The worst part comes when you are personally responsible for carving out a particularly large bit of their tickets. Then you get switched, and you lose because it is literally your fault.

Yeah, a month or two before i used to have that all the time, especially when the round was particulary good.. It was as if it was picking on me .
Very, very annoying.

It can also happen just because people on one side leave the server thus resulting in team stack so AB comes along and "randomly" selects someone to become on the other team. Often it happens when one team kicks ars and the other team rage quits due to there failure.

Agree. And like some servers has it, let everyone know who the switcher is with the orange text.

yeah its really annoying but theres not a lot we can do about it really...

Yea but then since you defect they start losing and you turn the game on its head one man rambo style

Worst case of this would be in insurgency and people dont have the integrity to not use what they know or they go and knife the rp of the squad they left.
Good reasons to play organised games tbh where there is no autobalance needed

That's all well and good, but some servers have terrible maplists.

For example:

Al Basrah
Fools Road
Ramiel
Assault on Mestia

For servers that switch player teams each round (most of them), the previous rotation means that you play either Insurgents on Basrah AND Ramiel or Chechens on Fools AND Mestia. I rip my hair out when I have to play the same faction more than once in a row.

I think it's fair to switch away from a team you just played. (And it's always fair game to switch to insurgents, but bluefor should stay the way they are/balanced )

Edit: And in the last 5 tickets, if you're already dead. For any map/faction. Just setting up for next round :/

When I'm playing and I notice that our team has more players than the other team, I shout at the VOIP: "STOP, EVERYBODY DON'T MOVE! No one makes a move until the teams are balanced" And normally that happens in a few seconds, and then we keep playing.

i hate it when people change sides at the end of a game just to they can be on blufor again on insegent servers

then don't play on those servers. too many PR players are willing to accept a lower standard of server these days, while servers with great admins on hand every week go empty.

Find a server you love and stick to it guys.

I change teams to play a faction I like, never switching cuz my side is loosing..
Sucks to get moved by server when ur in a full voip squad...

disagree. Sometimes servers have maps in such an order it would be completely boring to be on one team for the day.

Example of such a rotation and a player within the server

Muttrah city - US team
archer -
jabal - US team
qwai - chinese
karbala - US team

If you look at the rotation you will see the US team gets all the good vehicles so it would be technically better to teamswitch to the US team on one of the three moments in order to avoid a round of tedious dullness.

I agree that teamswitching is annoying, especially on insurgency, but it's the only way you can be on the same squad/team as friends or clanmates.

hahaha, exactly.

someone should make so guys that aren't in squads get autoswitched first.
and after that, the last person that joined a squad. anything other than that is ridiculous.
