memory error

I get this error after i try and load my second map Memory.dll: all alloc attempts failed for size 749984
any help?

this seems to happen at random points during loading and can have different #'s

just try turning everything down to medium and keep your draw distance all the way up.

arrg but i can run full graphics at 100 fps >

aight Ill try it I remember hearing that that was a issue

i personally haven't gotten that error since 0.86... plus i run all on high, but i dont get 100fps everywhere.

hmm this is the problem with the bf2 medium It could work right for about a month until out of nowhere something else happens

Ok well it looks that ive stopped that error but now sometimes it will just crash to desktop after a map has loaded all the way

did you try deleting your bf2 cache?

emptied the cache but that only worked once now it seems to stop on textures (around 83-84) and just crash with no error

maybe you should think about reinstalling BF2..... then redownload PR from fileplanet, maybe your download was corrupted...

well it seems to be working again just tweaked the settings a little bit more and re did the profile

When looking for answers please follow these simple steps.

Please remember to include your basic PC info in your post :
Operating system = XP, Vista etc.
systems specks = cpu/speed, ram installed, video card/video ram on card
network setup = cable, 4 port 10/100/1000 d- link gamers lounge/ wired connection.
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.
The more info you can give the better you chance of getting a quick answer back. You don't have to write a book, but your basic PC is needed to help you.
