Just want to know if the US Army Stryker model's gonna get slat armor?

Slat armor has already been in PR but it was removed beacause it was buggy if i recall correctly.

i don't think the stryker had slat armor tho..?

The scimitar did, that's where it was tested.

apparently it lagged.

anyway, I think gameplay wise it would be aesthetic.

has the slat armor bug been fixed? or its not high priority atm?

If it was added the material for RPG's and such impacting it on the stryker could do only half to a third regular damage to keep the stryker alive.

if it had been fixed, it would be probably in-game, wouldn't it? anyway it's just a model, doesn't do anything actually so as Rudd said, the change would be only aesthetic

I don't know about lag but the slat armor seems to have collision problems, on the ADF test version the LAV has slat armor and if you run into a truck it sort of lifts the truck off the ground.

Stigger made a new British Army truck with the Slat armor on, IIRC they said that they fixed the bug issues and it'll be brought back.

can't you make a square model and then make parts of it invisible, and not so many individual bars?

I saw a tank explode and fly hundreds of meters in the air and land on its roof, and it was just a slight touch.
