CTD Ingame and after Map Load [no low system]

I know, this "bug" is listed in the FAQ, and the solution is a low system.
But yesterday everything worked fine. And now PR is often crashing during the map load.
If the map is loaded and its verifying client data it crashes me to the desktop.
Or sometimes, if i pass the step, it crashes ingame. Last crash was, when i died in Kashan and i wanted to spawn in the main base it crashed without a freeze or anything else.
Or i had also the bug, when i was joining a server with Ramiel, it lagged like hell. I was in the Spawn Menu, after the map was loaded, and i had 3-5 FPS. And after 15-20 Seconds it CTD.
I know this Ramiel Bug is reported and the cause is a low system, too.
But i have 4 GB Ram. AMD Phenom 9550 Quad 4x2,2 and a Gforce 8800 GTS 624mb. This should be enough to handle this.
And i said it already. The last 3 days there werent any problems. [I am playing PR since 3 days now, had a long break
]
I have Win 7 32bit RC 2 [yeah my ultimate key is coming soon ] and PR is set to XP SP2 in compatibility mod, and also run as an administrator.
I thought about increasing my virtual memory, but i have enough memory, this wont help me.
Hope there are any suggestions, which could help me.
