I just tried to install Mumble on my pc and I get the following error when I try to run it:

Disable Visual Themes
Disable Desktop Composition.
Run Compatibility Mode WinXP SP 2 or 3

All is found in compatibility tab

Still gives the error

Fixed it, I was using D3DOverrider to force Vsync and that caused this problem.
