Now I really doubt the people who frequent the forums do this, but I am SO sick of seeing 4-8 players switch to the US side just about everytime the map switches. It is SO annoying I don't know why people insist on doing this, it just makes it a pain in the *** for everyone else because now THEY have to switch teams around to keep things even

if i join a side i usally stick to it, but i allways find my self a victim of auto balance. you should check the people who switch sides as im betting they will always play sniper or support.

yes, its a real big shame AB dont make it so you cant change it at the start....

This mostly happens on muttrah due to every one wanting to play with the LBs....

Give the MEC a tunguska or a spandrel . I must confess I do switch but not on PR as I know the teams are fairly well balanced. It's things like USI where there is no chance of Iraq's T-72M defeating an M1A1.

Yes this has been common throughout most BF2 mods as well as the regualr version, strange really.
Whats more I find it rather funny that NODF (the US side) in the tourney, is the one with the fewer players right now lol

If the server only plays for 1 round and ther is no switching teams, then I do switch teams every 2-3 rounds. because I dont always want to play the same side. I want to play both sides. I prefer the servers that play 2 rounds per map and have teams switch automatically fater a round.

is that why there are locked squads of 1-2 people.

ive player servers that swap your team every round the teams are alot more balanced, but it kind of breaks the momentum of the game switching between the M16 and aks every other round and it breaks up the squads.

i always stick to the side im on unless my friends are on the other team or clan mates, but once im on the same team as them i stick with them!


I know billy_gunner knows what im talking about, because last night the server we were on people kept doing that! teams would be even, then the next round would start, and US would be stacked, then we have to sit there and sort things out for a minute, then same thing next round.

we need it so you have to type in a proper reason to switch! ie (trading teams because friend is on other side. but if you type in i lke the US gunz, it doesnt let you switch! yeah thats the idea!!) j/k

Yea it is annoying but I only really notice that from players whom I've not seen play PRMM for a long time. They're mostly noobs so I don't really care. Besides, I love the AK just as much as the M16 - and for some reason, it just feels tons more powerful.

Just last night on a 20 player server - I got separated from my squad as a medic. I crouch around a corner and watched. 2 seconds later, an AT personell and a medic ran across the street, sprinting away from me. I waited for them to lose stamina, when the medic did a slow walk, I popped a round in his neck and he was down... the AT guy turned to grab his kit, but he got a 7.62mm leadball packed in his chest. 2 shots.. 2 kills. I love my AK!

I play on whatever team the server puts me on, but i think the MEC completely sucks, and this will be a big issue when the british forces come in.'

Its too bad we cant have the brits fight teh USMC in the interests of Gameplay. <--- more of a joke then anything, but seriously i know this mod cant devote to 2 teams, without not giving proper treatment to the side they intend to honor, but its just so one-sided.

Please dont flame that comment as i know that has no way in hell of happening.
