New Game Mode: Insurgent Leader Hunt

Got an idea for a new game mode. This is a rough draft of thought here.
Insurgent Leader Hunt

In this mode, the coalition forces must locate and kill or arrest the insurgent leader before tickets expire or time runs out. They must do this 5-10 times and each time they get 20 reinforcement tickets. This mode would be similar to a cache hunt except that the target(s) would be on the move.
Once enough intel was collected, the insurgent leader's current exact position would be broadcasted, for a short time, to all coaltion forces on the minimap in real time. The leaders location could be represented as a slightly larger red as he moves about as if "real time" intelligence was gathered. The larger red dot would prevent the exact location from being known but more or less put him within a 10-20m radius.
Insurgent leader intel would also be immediate upon the actual arrest of ANY insurgent. Killing insurgents and searching their bags (kits) which would require more instances of that for intel data to appear (identical to how cache hunt works)
The Insurgent forces would NOT know when the coalition received or were receiving their map intel (unlike how they do now with caches).
The insurgent leader should be the commander unit.
The insurgent leader could have a distinctive appearance if coding allowed although this is not absolutely necessary.
The insurgent forces would obviously try to defend the leader which would mean intense firefights and a cordoning off of the area OR they could try to hide him and keep him on the move which would be difficult because they wouldnt know when the coalition received intel on his exact location and if they didnt adequately protect him when his location was revealed, they would be screwed. Remember: insurgent forces would not know when the coalition had an intel update on their leaders position.
Weapon caches could still be present in this mode and would still offer the allies 10 reinforcement points upon destruction but could also give immediate intel on the location of the insurgent leader to signify the collecting of intel at the cache location. The primary goal would be to kill or capture the leader X number of times for a win.
