Hell no, its EA, they're after your money, its just a glorified patch, it should be free

I think the AF is taking american exuberence a little too far, yes they have probably the largest armed forces in the world. But an Invasion of america?? come on no-one would even dare, because if they did, they drop nuclear bombs the countires that attacked them. No dis-respect to the yanks tho. But I that is my personal opinion, they are the only country ever to use nuclear weapons, yes it was 61 years ago. I think EA is taking it too far. If people did invade the US, then they have to have a very large army. Also if they did then they would probably get crushed by europe, but then again, europe might leave america to it.

No cash for EA for sucky addons....
Game plainly sucks thanks to luck of realism so... why to pay them for something i don't like?

1 of my clan members got it, he got board after 20mins of playing it. He said the A-10 was only fun for 5mins then it was just crappy....

I bought special forces and only played it like 10times then I didnt bother. Its boring and stupid EA.

I play mods! Nothing else. I don't like to pay for such less improvements!

Ditto, and that was the last time they got more of my cash. I always knew mods were gonna be what glorified this game and I see alot of players, at least here, that have seen the light. If you want to fly the A-10, go download USI.

They removed all the fun stuff from A10! No rocket pods or cluster bombs

Its stupid dont bother with it. Take away all the vehicles and the maps would be pretty fun though.

Good, I was going to buy it, but thanks for reassuring me I didnt spend... I mean give away my money for it . Those 10 dollars or whatever the cost is going to be put into my savings account.

I jumped into hell feet first and bought it. Maps are nice with good layouts and some cool sound fx. Like on Operation Harvest there are thunder & lightning effects, and on Midnight Sun you can hear wolves howling. Didn't get a chance to fly the A-10 yet. But in the end, it is still vBF2. I would love to see the maps incorporated into PR. Would be real interesting.

Could PR only impliment the maps if they became a mod for AF?

I think I will save my £6 ($10) and buy a 50 blank cd-r's from Tesco

If anyone invaded America, this longhairedhippy would be armed to the hilt and f*ck some sh*t up....I think that goes for 98% of Americans. Although if the invaders just want to undercut our wages and work harder for less, that's cool.

The realisation is, the only army even ranging close to becoming a real threat for invasion would be china. They have the largest infantry military in the world. But pretty much everything else they have (tanks, artillery etc...) isnt that good.

I buy all this **** just to check out if there is anything interesting in there. The maps are quite good, some nice new statics... that's about it imo.

The USI versions of the A10 and SU25 are way better imo. While our little bird could use some handling tweaks, I like it better as the AF one is dead easy to fly... feels very sterile. Even if the slightly gimpy physics in ours can make it difficult to fly .. at least it's a *bit* challenging.

For $10 I guess it's ok, but.... I dunno.... I'd play a free mod over this any day.
