would it be possible to get the driver and gunner connected on voip regardless of squad,, sometimes you need to pick up a squaddy half way across the map and no one can gun it and squad at main needs a ride,, is this hardcoded ?

Did you even search? This is not possible in the engine.

Please Search next time, as well as look through the already suggested suggestion thread.
