Sniper-kits are less accurate than the average deployed LMG.
The option of deploying the sniper rifle would make sniping different than being a marksman. if you cant deploy the sniper, what is the point of having a bipod?

i already saw a video of the devs using a bipod on the marksman anyways. so maybe .9 but i dont know for sure. have they been working on one for the sniper too?

We've discussed this before. The way the sniper works is being tweaked for future releases.
